The Direction Of God’s Spirit Under The Leadership Of The Holy Spirit

(First activity)

Good morning, beloved brethren and friends present; it’s truly a great blessing for me to be here among you again, and to greet you, and ask the Lord for all the blessings contained in the Dispensation of the Kingdom, and our age, the Age of the Cornerstone.

Receive many greetings from the congregation in Cayey, Puerto Rico, who love you with all their hearts; and especially Missionary Miguel Bermudez Marin: may God bless you greatly, Miguel, and all the brethren here: Ruth, her daughters, Epifanio - Reverend Epifanio and his wife, and all the brethren who are gathered here today; and all those who are connected through the Amazonas satellite and the Eutelsat 8 satellite on this occasion, today, Saturday, June 7 of this year 2025.

God has been blessing us greatly these days; and that is why we are here: to seek more blessings.

The queen of Sheba traveled plenty of miles and kilometers to see Solomon’s greatness [1 Kings 10:1-13, 2 Chronicles 9:1-12]; and here (many of you) have traveled long distances, because, behold, one greater than Solomon is here! [Matthew 12:42, 2 Luke 11:31]

In Galatians, chapter 5…

My wife, Sara, is also here, and Julian Diaz, and Jorge Alvarez, who are accompanying us on this occasion.

In Galatians, chapter 5, verse 16 and on, it tells us:

Galatians 5:16

16 This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh.

17 For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would.

18 But if ye be led of the Spirit, ye are not under the law.

19 Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness,

20 Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies,

21 Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.

22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,

23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.

24 And they that are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts.

25 If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.

26 Let us not be desirous of vain glory, provoking one another, envying one another.

THE DIRECTION OF GOD’S SPIRIT

UNDER THE LEADERSHIP OF THE HOLY SPIRIT

[Dr. Jose B. Perez] It tells us in the message “A GUIDE,” Reverend William Branham tells us on page 16 of this message:

[62-1014E - “A Guide,” pp. 14-15, paras. 69-73]

69 Stay behind the Word, now, let the Guide lead you. “He will guide you into all Truth, and reveal these things that I’ve talked to you about. He’ll show you that. He’ll tell you things that is to come,” the true Guide. Don’t go to the bishop; go to the Guide. Don’t go to anyone but the Guide. He’s the One that was sent to guide you. He’s the One that’ll do it. God has provided you a Guide. Take God’s provided way.

[Dr. Jose B. Perez] In Romans, Paul the apostle tells us of those who are led by the Spirit. Romans, chapter 8; verse 14 says:

Romans 8:14

14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.

15 For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father.

16 The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God:

17 And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together.

[JBP] There on verse 14 he draws a Star of David on the left; and on verse 17 as well.

[JBP] And here in the booklet, in that paragraph we read, he writes: [WSS] «The only Guide provided by God».

And we have seen who the only guide is: it is the Holy Spirit.

[Dr. Jose B. Perez] Now, brother Branham goes on to say [“A GUIDE”] [P. 14]:

70 The trouble of it is today, that the people that come to the church just sit a few minutes, something goes on that they’re not used to.

71 I admired a little woman from a cold formal church, just had prayer for her. God’s going to heal the little woman. She didn’t understand this. She knowed nothing about it. She come in, she said she didn’t know. But I told her, “Come on and see me.” She was kind of timid and backward, but the Guide kept telling her, “Move on.” She got it. That’s it. See, it’s because of the Holy Spirit that guides us to these things. See, God has a provided way.

[Dr. Jose B. Perez] Now notice, in the book of Quotations, brother Branham tells us in a portion, that they complained about God’s provided way; which is always a prophet. On page 140 of the book of Quotations, paragraph 1252, look, he says:

[64-1221 - “Why It Had To Be Shepherd,” p. 26, paras. 153-155] [Bible Study #391, 3-2/Mar/2024 (Sunday), pp. 38-39]

1252 - “153 Notice they complained about God’s provided way, was the reason they died. (Now, closely, don’t miss these last few remarks.) They complained! What made them die in the wilderness, they complained about God’s provided way: by a one-man Message, a prophet, a leadership of one man. Tell me when God ever used a group to lead. You won’t find it in the Bible. One man, they...The Word came to Moses!

154 Korah; we all know that he got hisself together and complained about God not being just, to do a thing like that, to make one man with the Message. (…)

[155] And remember, Jude speaks the same thing, in the last days. That’s right, ‘They perished in the gainsaying of Korah.’ We also know what happened to Korah and the rest that questioned God’s Word and God’s wisdom of that one-man leadership: every one of them perished.”

[JBP] There he writes above:

[WSS] «About God’s provided way».

«They complained about Moses and died».

He also writes: [WSS] «Korah» on the left upwards.

[JBP] This is from the message “WHY IT HAD TO BE SHEPHERD”; I have it around here, perhaps we’ll read that portion there and a bit more, regarding what he tells us in that - in that message.

[Dr. Jose B. Perez] Now, brother Branham continues to say here in the message “A GUIDE” [P. 15]:

72 Did you ever…Have you been noticing the wild geese going over, the ducks going south? Well, now remember, that little old duck was born up yonder on a pond somewhere. He don’t know east, north, west, and south. He knows nothing but that pond setting up there in the mountains in Canada. He never was off that pond, but he was born a leader. That little drake was born to be a leader. And the first thing, one night there was a big snow comes across the top of the mountains. What happens? That cold breeze comes down across through there. I can imagine him shivering, saying, “Mammy, what does this mean?” See, he never felt that cold weather before. He begins to notice around, he begins to notice around the edge of the pond, it begins to freeze, ice coming on the pond. He doesn’t know, but all of a sudden…He was born to be a guide to that herd of ducks. He’ll jump right out in the middle of that pond when it strikes him ([JBP] when it strikes him). You call it what you want to. We call it inspiration ([JBP] how beautiful! Right?), or you can call it, oh, just instinct, whatever it is. He’ll drive right out in the middle of that pond, stick that little honker up in the air, and go, “Honk-honk, honk-honk!” And every duck on the pond will come right to him. Why? They know their leader, just the way he honks.

[JBP] And there he writes: [WSS] «A leader is known by his message. The Holy Spirit is the Leader».

And as a question he writes: [WSS] «And what is the Message that he must bring today?».

I’ll read it again:

[WSS] «A leader is known by his message. The Holy Spirit is the Leader. And what is the Message that he must bring today?».

[JBP] He continues to say:

73 “If the trumpet gives an uncertain sound, who can prepare himself for battle?” Right. Who can prepare himself for battle if the trumpet gives an uncertain sound?

[Dr. Jose B. Perez] First Corinthians, chapter 14, is it that Scripture; verse 7, look, it says:

1 Corinthians 14:7

7 And even things without life giving sound, whether pipe or harp, except they give a distinction in the sounds, how shall it be known what is piped or harped?

8 For if the trumpet give an uncertain sound, who shall prepare himself to the battle?

[Dr. Jose B. Perez] In this message, titled “PERSEVERING BECAUSE THE BLESSING IS NEAR,” which was preached by Dr. William Soto Santiago on December 11, 2004 here in Monterrey, Monterrey, Mexico; it was a ministers’ meeting; Dr. William Soto tells us:

PERSEVERING BECAUSE THE BLESSING IS NEAR

So, we are in a very important time, where we are seeing our blessing of the transformation of our bodies and the resurrection of the dead in Christ very close; and of that Third Pull, where the fullness of God will be in His Church (the fullness of God manifesting itself), which will be in all the ministers under the leadership of the Holy Spirit through the messenger of that time.

[JBP] There is a very great blessing that the ministers have, whom, those that are following that Guide, which is the Holy Spirit, will be used greatly in favor of the entire Church of the Lord and also in favor of that denominational world; and I ask God to also use them in favor of the Hebrew people. May there be no limitations, and that the Holy Spirit, our Guide, be poured out in all His people as well.

Because that is what we are preparing ourselves for: for those greater works, where there will be no limitations in what we do. And God is obligated to support us; because if we follow the Holy Spirit, who is the Guide, who in our Guide, is the Leader! Then God will work.

Even things that are inconceivable to the human mind, you speak them believing them! And God moves on the scene and fulfills them; it’s something instantaneous. It can’t fail; because it has never failed.

Look at Joshua, he needed a little bit more time: “Sun, stop there; moon, you stop there.” [Joshua 10:12] He didn’t doubt, he spoke. What was going to happen and… if a disaster would happen with that? But notice, he didn’t think that; he thought the war was about to be won; and if the night fell they would regain strength… They needed more light.

Today Joshua has stopped the Sun; because we need a bit more Light on this Earth that is in darkness, before the divine judgements fall. And we are about to overcome, we are almost there!

Therefore: Sun, stop! Moon, stop! Ripen this wheat! And prepare us, Lord, for those greater works, to overcome the enemy. He said: “Oh death, I will be your plagues.” [Hoshea 13:14]

[Dr. Jose B. Perez] Now, look, in the message “THE END-TIME EVANGELISM,” on page 36, Reverend William Branham tells us:

[62-0603 - “The End-Time Evangelism,” pp. 27-28, paras. 152-157]

152 The Message still moves on. Israel followed the Pillar of Fire. Where It stopped, they stopped. Where It went, they went. The Pillar of Fire is moving on. Yes.

153 Now we find out it’s the leaders that does it. The leaders have always been the mixed. Look at old Dathan back there in the Bible time, in Moses’ dispensation of the law. He was the one who led the mixed multitude…

[JBP] He writes on the right: [WSS] «Dispensation of Law».

And on the left, upwards, he writes: [WSS] «The leaders confuse the people».

[JBP] The only one who doesn’t confuse the people is the Leader, the Holy Spirit; but leaders like Dathan, notice:

[153] … Dathan, it was Korah; when God raised His prophet Moses, and he had the Word of the Lord. He had two and a half million people out there in that desert, and Jethro come up and said, “Moses, it’s going to kill you, your burden’s so great.” God took part of His Spirit and put It upon seventy elders, and they prophesied. It never weakened Moses a bit. He, but Moses was still the last answer, ’cause he had THUS SAITH THE LORD.

[JBP] Meaning, even though they also prophesied, the last answer came from Moses, not from those leaders.

And there he writes: [WSS] «THE THUS SAITH THE LORD».

And he draws a Star of David on the left.

154 You can’t go under a group of men. I—I defy anytime that—that ever, when God ever did use a group of men. He uses one man. Exactly. One man at a time, ’cause two men’s got two opinions. One man! Exactly right. Notice now, every dispensation it’s been that way, all the way down through, it’s been that way every time.

[JBP] And there he draws a Star of David on the left.

[Dr. Jose B. Perez] In the book of Quotations, he tells us, page 126, notice, he says that [WMB] “God doesn’t use two at a time.” Page 126, paragraph 1120, says:

[64-0614E - “The Oddball,” pp. 13-14, para. 74] [Bible Study #357, 5-2/Nov/2023 (Sunday), p. 31]

1120 - “74 Like I was telling you this morning, nobody [dared] to follow Moses in there. God never did deal with two. He deals with one, always. No one [dared] to impersonate Moses. It was death, natural death, to try to impersonate him, to go in that Pillar of Fire with him. So people are not all made…You’re not born in that way, to break out into that supernatural. But God set some on the earth to represent Him, as an ambassador from Him. And that ambassador is ordained, of God, to go into the great unknown supernatural, and discern, and bring out things that the natural mind cannot perceive it. It brings out the mystery of God, foretells things that is, and things that has been, and things that will be. What is it? God, God behind skins, human skin.”

[JBP] And right next to that he writes: [WSS] «God in the flesh».

And below the paragraph he writes: [WSS] «An ambassador of God = a prophet».

And above the paragraph he writes: [WSS] «To impersonate Moses was death».

[Dr. Jose B. Perez] Now, Reverend William Branham goes on to say here; I am in the message “THE END-TIME EVANGELISM” [P. 27]:

155 And there stood Moses. And you know what Korah said? ([JBP] And he writes): [WSS] «Korah». He said, “Why, Moses acts like he’s the only one can preach, he’s the only one that’s got the Message. Oh, we know that Pillar of Fire hangs over him, we know that Light is over him, we know all that, but he acts like that he’s the only one that’s got the Message.”

[JBP] There we have the jealous ones, the envious ones.

156 He didn’t mean that. He didn’t mean it that way. He was trying to correct the people. There’s too many ideas. You got to listen to something. And what happened? God said, “Just separate yourself from him, ’cause I’ll swallow him and his congregation in the earth.” And the earth opened up and fire come out, and they went down. See?

157 The mixed, the leaders, the leaders what caused the trouble amongst the people.

[JBP] What a responsibility leaders have. It is a great blessing to be a minister; but if he strays: he is the biggest problem that congregation has.

[Dr. Jose B. Perez] In this message as well, titled “AS I WAS WITH MOSES, SO I WILL BE WITH THEE,” on page 34, here he tells us:

[60-0911M - “As I Was With Moses, So I Will Be With Thee,” p. 31, para. 201] [Study “The Requirements for the Adoption of a Child of God,” 30/Apr/2022 (Saturday), pp. 11-12]

201 Now the same thing applies. No matter how…God’s Word says that He would send this in the last days. Two straight sermons now, I brought natural Israel and spiritual Israel, together. We’re looking for the Joshua of this day ([JBP] and he writes there on the right): [WSS] «Joshua – H.S.» ([JBP] meaning, Holy Spirit), which is the Holy Spirit, to lead us to the Land.

[JBP] That sends us to the book of The Seals, on page 134, see? When he said [WMB] “When this Holy Spirit that we have becomes incarnate to us, the One that’s in our midst now in the form of the Holy Ghost, becomes incarnate to us, in the Person of Jesus Christ, then we’ll crown Him King of kings and Lord of lords”*; because that would be our Guide, that would be the Guide!

*[The Seals, “The First Seal,” p. 154, para. 302]

See how the Guide is identified at this end time? In the time of Moses, the guide who was going to bring the people into the promised land was identified in Joshua; because He said: “As I was with Moses, so will I be with you.” [Joshua 1:5, 3:7] He passed the position to him while he was alive.

[Dr. Jose B. Perez] Look, there’s a writing in a notebook…, let’s see if I can find it quickly here. In a Bible study, on the left he wrote:

[WSS] «While he was alive, Moses passed the ministerial position to Joshua».

Because a people cannot be without a Shepherd.

[WSS] «While he was alive, Moses passed the ministerial position to Joshua, who was his successor. Joshua was a prophet like Moses, and a leader to the people».

[Dr. Jose B. Perez] Now, he continues to say here [“AS I WAS WITH MOSES, SO I WILL BE WITH THEE”]:

[201] We’re looking for the Joshua of this day, which is the Holy Spirit, to lead us to the Land. He has to speak through somebody ([JBP] see? He has to have an instrument), because He’s a Spirit. I’ve told you what He’s told me. Now you believe, and be healed.

[JBP] And he writes on top:

[WSS] «The natural Israel = the Hebrew people.

The spiritual Israel = the Church under the New Covenant».

[Dr. Jose B. Perez] Now, our brother William continues to say, in the message that we’re reading: “PERSEVERING BECAUSE THE BLESSING IS NEAR”; he says:

[WSS] And when that happens, we will then see…

[JBP] That is, when what happens? What he said, he says that whe-...

[WSS] … and of that Third Pull, where the fullness of God will be in His Church (the fullness of God manifesting itself), which will be in all the ministers under the leadership of the Holy Spirit through the messenger of that time.

And when that happens, we will then see how God will work through each of the ministers, and through the messenger of the Last Day. Everything will be under the direction of the Spirit of God, under the leadership of the Holy Spirit in the messenger of the Last Day.

[Dr. Jose B. Perez] In the message “LEADERSHIP,” (it’s good to have these messages in booklet form as well), on page 43 it says…; and this was already preached in the month when he departed, when he had the accident: on December 7, 1965. Page 43 says:

[65-1207 - “Leadership,” p. 36, para. 289] [Study “The True Promised Word of God Being Vindicated Today,” 2-2/Nov/2024 (Saturday), pp. 24-25]

289 Remember, Jesus said, “Follow Me. Follow Me. Get rid of what you got, and follow Me.” And that’s the only way to have Eternal Life. That’s the only remedy He give this man, was the only remedy He give this businessman, it’s the only remedy He gives anybody. His choice, He makes His decision, it’s perfect every time. And we must follow Him, is the only way to have Eternal Life. So the leadership of God is: follow the vindicated Word of the hour by the Holy Ghost.

[JBP] It’s simple! “Follow the vindicated Word of the hour by the Holy Ghost.”

And there he draws a Star of David on the right, and a Cornerstone and the ages.

And he writes, look, upwards in two lines there:

[WSS] «To follow God’s Leadership = is to follow

the vindicated Word for each age».

[Dr. Jose B. Perez] And He said that He would send the Comforter, which is the Holy Spirit. John - Gospel according to John, chapter 14, verse 26:

John 14:26

26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

[JBP] And there he writes several Scriptures: [WSS] «Rev. 1:1, 7:2, 19:11-20, 22:6, 22:16, 4:1, 22:17».

[JBP] And in the next chapter, in chapter 15, he also said in verse 26:

John 15:26

26 But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, he shall testify of me:

27 And ye also shall bear witness, because ye have been with me from the beginning.

[JBP] And look, in chapter 16 He also speaks to us again, on verse 12:

John 16:12

12 I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now.

13 Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come ([JBP] there he draws a Star of David on the left), he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.

14 He shall glorify me: for he shall receive of mine, and shall shew it unto you.

15 All things that the Father hath are mine: therefore said I, that he shall take of mine, and shall shew it unto you.

[JBP] And there he draws a Star of David on the left as well.

[Dr. Jose B. Perez] Now look in this writing, on a post-it, he writes:

[WSS] «Show me who You have chosen so that the people are not as sheep without a shepherd. Without the leadership of the Holy Spirit through a messenger, the people perish and are left as sheep without a shepherd; and many rise up seeking leadership among the people. The leadership of the Holy Spirit with the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ, in the midst of Christianity».

[JBP] I’ll read it again for those who are writing it down. There are some who write fast, others write a bit slower; but then in the draft, when it is posted, you can fill in the missing words.

He writes:

[WSS] «Show me who You have chosen so that the people are not as sheep without a shepherd».

That is how it was in the time of Moses. Moses left, what did the people have to do? Ask God: “Lord, show me who the next one is, who is the one through whom You will take us to the promised land with. Show me!” It’s a matter of speaking with God, and God would show him who it would be.

[WSS] «Show me who You have chosen so that the people are not as sheep without a shepherd. Without the leadership of the Holy Spirit through a messenger, the people perish and are left as sheep without a shepherd; and many rise up seeking leadership among the people».

[JBP] Because many stand up trying to say: “No, it’s me. I’m the one. It’s me.” It is the one who has the THUS SAITH THE LORD, it is the one who has the Holy Spirit. Only one!

If there is a fake dollar, there has to be a real one somewhere.

[WSS] «Without the leadership of the Holy Spirit through a messenger, the people perish and are left as sheep without a shepherd; and many rise up seeking leadership among the people. The leadership of the Holy Spirit with the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ, in the midst of Christianity».

[Dr. Jose B. Perez] Now, Dr. William Soto continues to say here, in the message “PERSEVERING BECAUSE THE BLESSING IS NEAR”:

[WSS] Everything will be under the direction of the Holy Spirit, under the leadership of the Holy Spirit in the messenger of the Last Day. And even the dead in Christ with the messengers of each group will also be subject to that ministry and that age; because it is in that age when they resurrect.

And it is like when you invite, let’s say your boss, you invite him to your house, see? But when he gets to your house, who is the one in charge in your house?

[JBP] Hehe. At work…, that’s fine: “I’m going to invite you to my house.” When he arrives at the house: “Now I’m in charge here”; And then the boss is like…: “Where should I sit?”

At work, it’s: “You’re going to sit here”; at home, he says to him: “Um, where should I sit? Could you bring me a bottle of water?” There, the one in charge is the owner of the house.

And at this end time it is the Holy Spirit in the midst of His Church in the messenger, who is the One in charge in the house.

[WSS] But when he gets to your house, who is the one in charge there? It’s not your boss; it’s you. See? Because it doesn’t matter that others may have been greater: they will all be subject to the messenger of the Last Day, in whom Christ will be manifested in all His fullness…

[JBP] The blessing is so, so great! That there are no words to express the greatness of what God is fulfilling at this end time, what He promised; and everything in a simple way.

That’s why he said [WMB] “If we don’t watch, if we don’t watch, we’ll overlook it”*; and he would repeat it. He said: [WMB] “I didn’t realize it, I didn't realize when I preached ‘be humble, be humble,’ (he says), I truly… I truly didn’t realize what I was preaching; but now I see it clearly.”**

He says [WMB] “it will be in such a humble, simple way.” He realized when he was preaching “THE SEVENTH SEAL,” things that the Holy Spirit said to him there: [WMB] “If you knew what my notebook says here: Stop, go no further; don’t go any further!”*

*[The Seals, “The Seventh Seal,” pp. 543-544, para. 261]

And it’s because what he saw was something great, but at the same time it was so simple! That the simplicity itself could be a stumbling stone for many. And always… it has always been the veil; as we say in Puerto Rico: “the blockage piece”/ “roadblock”. It’s always the veil of flesh.

Now, he continues to say:

[WSS] … they will all be subject to the messenger of the Last Day, in whom Christ will be manifested in all His fullness; for they will be subject to Christ, who will be in the messenger of the Last Day, in the Age of the Last Day.

[Dr. Jose B. Perez] In this same message “LEADERSHIP,” on page 42, Reverend William Branham tells us there:

[65-1207 - “Leadership,” p. 35, paras. 282-285] [Bible Study #432, 26/July/2024 (Friday), pp. 27-30]

282 And Elijah. After bawling out bobbed-haired women and everything, as he did in his day, Jezebels with the paint on them, after he got so full of it, and—and had done all he could, and all them priests making fun of him, and everything else, he walked down at the river one day. And just across the river was the horses hitched to a bush over there, a chariot of fire and horses of fire ([JBP] and there he draws a Star of David on the left, and he writes): [WSS] «Rev. 11:15-19». He stepped right on, and threw his robe off to the next prophet to follow him, and went up into Heaven. He accepted the leadership of Eternal Life, ’cause it was Christ that was in Elijah. Oh! Yes, sir!

[JBP] Because when God finishes with one messenger, He begins to work with the next one; He does not become stagnant, but rather continues the Work, His Program.

And he writes there: [WSS] «Elijah and his rapture. Elisha continues the ministry».

283 What was it? “Follow Me!” Now you must choose your leader. You’ve got to choose it, friends. Look in God’s looking glass, the Bible, and see where you’re at tonight.

[JBP] And he draws a Cornerstone and the ages.

And he writes on the right upwards: [WSS] «The Bible = the Looking-Glass through which God sees».

284 A little story.

[JBP] We’ve already told it, we’ve already read it*. But this is fulfilled in the messenger and in each one of you as well. I identify with this - with this little story that he is about to say here, because it happened to me.

284 A little story. A little kid, one time, lived out in the country. He never seen a mirror, and he came into the city to see his mother’s sister. And she had a home…and the old-fashioned homes used to have a mirror on the door; I don’t know whether you remember that or not. But this little boy, he had never seen a mirror. So he’s playing around the house, and he looked in the…“Huh?” He looked at that little boy. And he waved, and the little boy waved. And he pulled his ear, and the little boy pulled his ear. And on like that. He kept walking up…

[JBP] And he writes: [WSS] «The Word».

[JBP] Because each one of us walks towards the Word; and that shadow at that moment becomes more and more and more real, until you overlap with the Word! And this happens to you:

[284] He kept walking up, close, and he turned around [WSS] «the Word» ([JBP] he writes above) and said, “Mama! That’s me!” That’s me.

[JBP] And he draws a Star of David on the left.

And he writes there: [WSS] «The Church-Bride / “Mama, that’s me” / The Angel of Jesus».

285 What do you look like? What are you following?

[JBP] Now, like when you’re little: you want to be like your dad, you even put your dad’s shoes on; they were big on you, right? Anyone who heard, and didn’t see what it was, would say: “There’s a big man coming,” because you could hear a clunk, clunk, clunk (the way it sounds from far away because they are too big on you). And if… and there: “There’s a giant man coming down that hall,” but he’s a short little guy with his father’s shoes on.

Now, who do you look like? We can say: “I want to look like my Leader, the Holy Spirit!”

Which leader do you look like? He asks the question:

285 What do you look like? What are you following? What have we done? You must choose your leader. Choose today. You choose Life or death. Your choice will determine your Eternal destination, what you choose.

[JBP] Because the person has free will: you can follow whichever leader you desire; but remember that you are the one who chose him.

And there he draws a Star of David on the right.

[285] Remember, Jesus said, “Follow Me.” And you’re invited tonight to do so. And to follow Him to Eternal Life you must come on His terms, that’s right, the Word. Not upon the creed, not upon the public opinion, not upon what anybody else thinks about It, but on what God said about It.

[JBP] And he writes on the left: [WSS] «God’s terms».

And he draws a Star of David on the right.

[Dr. Jose B. Perez] Now, our brother William continues to say here [(MM) “PERSEVERING BECAUSE THE BLESSING IS NEAR”]:

[WSS] Therefore, in this age no other messenger from another age can be in charge, but Christ in Holy Spirit in the messenger of this age.

Therefore, through messenger, Christ will be working and will be speaking, and will be calling all those who have to be called at that time…

[JBP] Because remember, that is the “come up hither” (Revelation 4), that is the call to come up to the Age of the Cornerstone. See that he says so?: [WSS] “And at that time he will be calling those he has to call at that time.”

[WSS] … and even the 144,000 Hebrews: if they have not come yet, they will come at that time.

[Dr. Jose B. Perez] In the book of The Seals it tells us, on page 351 [p. 403 in Eng. (Sixth Seal)], where he says that [WMB] it’ll be a national affair; because God deals with the Hebrew people as a nation. Page 351 says:

[191] See, this is the other side, this is when Israel received the Message of the kingdom ([JBP] above he writes): [WSS] «Gospel of the Kingdom», by the two prophets of Revelation 11 ([JBP] there on the right he writes): [WSS] «Rev. 7:2 ([JBP] that’s the Angel with the Seal of the living God), 14:1, 11:3-7, 11:15-18». Remember, Israel is a nation, God’s servant, nation. And when—when—when Israel is brought in, it’ll be a—a national affair.

192 Israel, the kingdom age, is where David…the Son of David, sits on the throne. That’s the reason that woman cried, “Thou Son of David!” And David is to…Son of David! God swore by Him, to David, that He would raise up His Son that would take his throne. It would be an everlasting throne ([JBP] there on the left he writes): [WSS] «Dispensation of the Kingdom / Millennium» ([JBP] and he draws a Cornerstone and the ages). See? It’d have no end. Solomon give it, in a type, in the temple. And Jesus just told them here, that’s, “There won’t be a rock left on one of them.” But He is trying to tell them here, what’s…He is coming back.

[Dr. Jose B. Perez] Now, our brother William continues to say [(MM) “PERSEVERING BECAUSE THE BLESSING IS NEAR”]:

[WSS] If they come sooner, well, it will be a blessing for them; but if they don’t come, they will come anyway. They will come, and they will come trembling: they will come trembling when they see that manifestation of Christ just as it promised.

There are different…

[Dr. Jose B. Perez] Remember that that happens before the great tribulation. Page three hundred…, let’s see, 359 of The Seals [P. 413]:

266 But Jacob said, “I—I’m not going to leave You. You, You can’t go. I’m going to stay right with You.” See? “I want things changed here.”

267 That’s that hundred and forty-four thousand, that money-scheming bunch, and things like that, when they see the true, genuine thing to get a hold of. There stands Moses, and there stands Elijah.

[JBP] We have already had good - a good friendship over there, in every aspect, there in Israel; and also with the government, uh…, the military, the high military ranks are also waiting for us there. And there is a good friendship that has been forming; and perhaps they don’t understand that a sincere love has emerged, as if we had known each other for a long time.

And the Angel has been traveling the land of Israel in a simple way; but all that is and will be by the guidance of the Spirit of God. The Holy Spirit is the One carrying out all of that Work.

[WMB] “They when they see the true, genuine thing (he says there) and the possibility to get ahold of something, (he says) there’s Moses and Elijah”; but they will already have that friendship: “Wait, but this man is it! This is the one we are waiting for!”

[267] …when they see the true, genuine thing to get a hold of. There stands Moses, and there stands Elijah. Amen! They’ll wrestle with God until one hundred and forty-four thousand of the tribes of Israel are called out right there.

268 That’s just before the Tribulation period, see, (Oh, how wonderful!) also, “Jacob’s trouble.”

[269] They, the—the preachers, them two prophets, they preach like John the Baptist. “The Kingdom of Heaven is at hand. Repent, Israel!” Repent what? “Repent from your sins, your unbelief, and turn back to God!”

[Dr. Jose B. Perez] In the book of “THE SEVENTY WEEKS OF DANIEL,” if you can find the place where he says… uh… there’s a place where he says that the leaders or rabbis receive, something like that; [WMB] “through the - the leader, through the leaders,” he says something like that. I didn’t have it written down to read it, but if you can find it… He says that [WMB] “it is born as a nation among the leaders.” Which one?… It should be in the first pages. Page 40… 41; it would be page 37 here (I was close), page 37.

“And we have read this New Testament…” This is paragraph 152; about halfway through the page, he says [P. 31]:

[The Seventy Weeks of Daniel - 61-0730M - “Gabriel’s Instructions To Daniel,” p. 31, para. 152]

[152] “...And when you can tell them and show them, by the Scripture,” that which we will get in tonight’s Message, “that they had to be darkened and their hearts cut off, so that the Gentile space could come, that we’d have a time of reconciliation for the Gentiles. And their hearts were hardened just exactly like it was in time of Joseph, and so forth. And then bring those Jews to a place, and call those men from that audience, just like you do these Gentiles here, by that inspiration of the Spirit ([JBP] by that inspiration of what? Of the Spirit). Cause,” they said, “if this Jesus, if He is the Messiah, and your words are true, then He is not dead, and He’s alive. And if He is alive, He promised to be in His…the ser-…His servant—servants, His disciples. And if we can see Him do the sign of the prophet, then we will believe that He is Messiah.”

What a perfect thing, exactly right. Then, what would that do? A nation would be born in one day, amongst the leaders. Every one of them would say, “We know it.” When that rabbi says that, that settles it. A nation would be born in one day. Israel would be born in one day.

[JBP] See? And we have a good friendship with the two leaders of the two main lines there: the Sephardi and Ashkenazi lines. We were recently in the office of one of them, whom we had not seen the previous time; and he wants to work hand in hand with me, in whatever I am doing for Israel.

And behold a people who is also hand in hand with Israel, with the Hebrew people! The place where the Kingdom of the Messiah will be established, where the Throne of David will be established.

[Dr. Jose B. Perez] Now, he continues to say here, in this message that we are reading of “PERSEVERING BECAUSE THE BLESSING IS NEAR”; he says:

[WSS] If they come sooner, well, it will be a blessing for them; but if they don’t come, they will come anyway. They will come, and they will come trembling: they will come trembling when they see that manifestation of Christ just as it promised.

There are different places where it tells us that they will come trembling. If you look where it says: “They will come,” or “trembling,” it should be there in one of those places; but let’s… You can look for it later, and you will have that passage where it shows that they are going to come trembling. That means that they will come a bit frightened.

Let’s see what it tells us in Hosea [chapter] 11: [verse] 10…

[JBP] And there he quotes it. Let’s have it there, that Scripture of Hosea, chapter 11. Hosea is before Joel and after Daniel; those books are right next to each other, and since there aren't many of them, well, the pages tend to get stuck together. Hosea, chapter 11, he reads that Scripture there; it says:

“They shall walk after the Lord: he shall roar like a lion: when he shall roar, then the children shall tremble from the west.”

[JBP] And here in the Bible he draws a Star of David on the left.

And he writes: [WSS] «Rev. 10:1-11».

[JBP] It is the Coming of the Mighty Angel.

He continues to say [(MM) “PERSEVERING BECAUSE THE BLESSING IS NEAR”]:

[WSS] (…) So a time is coming when even the children will tremble.

And what will the world, mankind, be like when it sees this full manifestation of God? Because it will be seen in the media, and through the means of communication.

[Dr. Jose B. Perez] In Amos it also tells us (which is after Joel); Amos, chapter 1, look, verse 2; it says:

Amos 1:2

2 And he said, The Lord will roar from Zion, and utter his voice from Jerusalem; and the habitations of the shepherds shall mourn, and the top of Carmel shall wither.

[JBP] And there he writes: [WSS] «Roars».

And he draws a Star of David.

And he writes: [WSS] «Rev. 10».

[JBP] In chapter 3 as well, of Amos, verse 1; let’s see, starting from verse 1, it says:

Amos 3:1

1 Hear this word that the Lord hath spoken against you, O children of Israel, against the whole family which I brought up from the land of Egypt, saying,

2 You only have I known of all the families of the earth: therefore I will punish you for all your iniquities.

[JBP] There he draws a Star of David on the right.

3 Can two walk together, except they be agreed?

4 Will a lion roar in the forest, when he hath no prey? will a young lion cry out of his den, if he have taken nothing?

[JBP] And he draws another Star of David there.

5 Can a bird fall in a snare upon the earth, where no gin is for him? shall one take up a snare from the earth, and have taken nothing at all?

6 Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the Lord hath not done it?

7 Surely the Lord God will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets.

[JBP] And there he draws a Star of David on the right.

He writes there: [WSS] «Deut. 18:15-19».

8 The lion hath roared, who will not fear? the Lord God hath spoken, who can but prophesy?

[JBP] And he writes there: [WSS] «Rev. 10:8-11, 1:1, 22:6, 22:16, 11:3».

[Dr. Jose B. Perez] Now, our brother William continues to say here [(MM) “PERSEVERING BECAUSE THE BLESSING IS NEAR”]:

[WSS] But the way God wants that stage to be carried out will be in a reserved way.

That stage will be carried out in a reserved way so that there are no (what?) impersonations…

[JBP] In other words, things continue to be fulfilled; and as they are carried out, one starts seeing the way, the results of what is being done; so that those leaders don’t start rising up and trying to deceive the people by saying that they have the truth.

[WSS] … there are no (what?) impersonations, and it doesn’t interrupt God’s Program; and so that the big fish can be taken in the net of the Gospel…

[JBP] Ah! Now we’re talking about a catch of fish (!). We are saying that at that time it is going to be carried out, in that stage, in a reserved way.

[Dr. Jose B. Perez] It’s the catch of fish that brother Branham wanted, of those 153 fish. He writes it in a - in some part of the book of Quotations, I believe it’s paragraph 98 or 97, where he narrates the Tent Vision; he writes on the side [WSS] «153 fish». Paragraph 97. Just that little part there (in the middle, a bit before that), where he says: [WMB] “I wanted to catch a big fish”; but let’s go a bit further up; he says [Quotations]:

[March 1956, “Full Gospel Business Men’s Voice Magazine, Vol. IV, No. 2,” p. 12]

97 - “When I first went into the ministry nine years ago, I had seen a vision and I was catching fish, but the fish had big white and black spots on them—they didn’t look right. But now, in this vision, I saw in the clear water, great, beautiful Rainbow Trout…”

[JBP] Hehe! He cast his hook on you! [Everyone laughs]. Ahh!, you didn’t see that coming. He wanted his hook to reach you. Blessed be the Lord forever!

For brother Branham at that time, you were his goal, it was to catch you! By catching you: he would obtain a position, a very great blessing. But that was to be done by the Leader, the Holy Spirit, in His final manifestation.

Now, [WMB] “when that Leader takes us,”* brother Branham says… Now, notice that when that Leader was going to appear, he would come with the spirit and power of Elijah in his fifth manifestation, and the spirit and power of Moses in his second manifestation, and would make what? The separation.

And that is where the wheat is placed in the Storehouse. In Matthew, chapter 13, it tells us that they go to the shore, and once those baskets are filled… (they go to the shore) or that net; they go to the shore and take out there: they cast the good into baskets, and they cast the bad out.

[Dr. Jose B. Perez] That is the segregation, the separation, between right and wrong; and the only one who does that is the Angel of the Lord. He says on paragraph 1260 from the book of Quotations (is it?), that he says that [WMB] the only one that does that separation is the Angel of the Lord. Let’s see if it’s that one: it should be page 141, paragraph 1260; he says:

[65-0118 - “The Seed Of Discrepancy,” p. 5, para. 19] [Study “Moses and Elijah, the gathering and the harvest,” 30/July/2022 (Saturday), pp. 16-17 / Study “A Message of Separation,” 6/Aug/2022 (Saturday), pp. 12-13]

1260 - “19 Notice in verse 41 [Matthew 13], the two also very close, so close in the last days till He didn’t do… He could not depend on some certain church to separate them, say, the Methodist or the Baptist, or the Pentecostals, to separate them ([JBP] meaning, religious groups to separate the wheat from the tares; not that). He said, ‘He sends His angels to separate them.’ An angel is coming to bring the separation, the segregation between the right and the wrong. And no one can do that but the Angel of the Lord. He’s the One that is going to tell which is right and which is wrong.”

[JBP] And they may rise up and sa-…: “No, this is like this, this is like this.” The only one who can say what is right and wrong is the Angel of the Lord. The rest are imitations, carnal impersonations.

1260 - “[19] He’s the One that is going to tell which is right and which is wrong. God said He will send His angels at the last times. Not angels down through here ([JBP] meaning, during the ages), but angels at the last time, and would gather together ([JBP] there is our José (hehe) gathering, catching those 153 fish, represented in that number). We know that this is the coming harvest time now ([JBP] meaning that there would come a harvest of that wheat). Now, an angel is actually interpreted a ‘messenger.’ And we see that there is seven angels of the seven churches, and now…no, through the church ages.”

[JBP] At the top he writes: [WSS] «He will send His Angels in the separation».

[WSS] «Moses and Elijah, the gathering and Harvest».

He draws there three small Cornerstones on the right, on under the other; and below the part below of the ages.

He also writes: [WSS] «Harvest», there on the right.

[Dr. Jose B. Perez] Now, let’s continue here, on page 12 [Quotations]:

97 - “But now, in this vision, I saw in the clear water, great, beautiful Rainbow Trout ([JBP] there you can say: “I am one of them. Brother Branham saw me, he wanted to catch me.” See how you can look at yourself in the mirror of the Word? And that’s why: “Mama, it’s me!”), and the lake was extremely large. All around stood hundred and hundreds of ministers catching little fish. I said in my heart, ‘I am as good a fisher as they are, or even better, then they are.’ I wanted to catch the large, beautiful fish, and began to prepare my line and lure.”

[JBP] And there he writes: [WSS] «153 fish».

97 - “I wanted to catch the large, beautiful fish, and began to prepare my line and lure.”

[JBP] God was preparing me; preparing the hook and the bait. Because I wanted to catch you and place you in the Lord’s Fold! Before those horrible plagues strike this Earth.

“Thank You, for catching me!” we can say to the Lord: “Thank You, because You have placed me in the eternal age, the Age of the Cornerstone, where we will escape those divine judgments that will come on the great tribulation.” The Bride will escape; it is a promise; She will not go through the tribulation.*

[Dr. Jose B. Perez] Now, he says here… our brother William continues saying [(MM) “PERSEVERING BECAUSE THE BLESSING IS NEAR”]:

[WSS] … so that there are no (what?) impersonations, and to avoid interrupting God’s Program; and so that the big fish can be taken in the net of the Gospel ([JBP] The Gospel of what? The Gospel of the Kingdom), be caught. So that the underwater fish become caught fish, meaning, fish that are already gathered, caught. [In Spanish there are two words for fish: peces when they are underwater and pescados when they are on land, already caught –Translator.]

[JBP] You are already a fish that has been caught: you are already inside the Lord’s Fold. He said that “no man shall pluck them out of My Father’s hand.” [John 10:27-30] Don’t try to leave, because there’s no way for you to get out of there; and if you try to get out: I’ll squeeze you even tighter.

Many times we are given a few whippings so that we know who we are, and that God’s love is with you. Whatever happens, whatever situation you are going through, God is with you, and you are in His hand.

And whatever you do and whatever happens to you, God knows it. Just speak the Word: “Lord, here I am, I can’t go any further. What should I do? Show me!” and you will see how those doors open up. Get close to the doors at supermarkets or places, notice how they open; that’s how it is with the Word too.

[Dr. Jose B. Perez] Now look, Jesus had a time after being adopted, a difficult time; of which, in this message “THE WORD OF GOD IN DUE TIME,” Dr. William Soto tells us… This was preached on December 30 of ‘79, 1979, in Cayey, Puerto Rico; he says:

THE WORD OF GOD IN DUE TIME

Jesus went through a very difficult time after He was adopted; but He continued moving forward. He even did something very important: He cleansed the temple. The temple of God was cleansed; the merchants were removed from the temple of God.

[Dr. Jose B. Perez] Now look, He did it twice. Look in John, chapter… Remember that the Holy Spirit is the One who guides us and corrects us. The Gospel according to John, in chapter 2 (this was the first occasion), verse 13; look:

John 2:13

13 And the Jews’ passover was at hand, and Jesus went up to Jerusalem.

[JBP] See? At the beginning of His ministry. This has a fulfillment in the ministry of Reverend William Branham.

14 And found in the temple those that sold oxen and sheep and doves, and the changers of money sitting:

15 And when he had made a scourge of small cords, he drove them all out of the temple, and the sheep, and the oxen; and poured out the changers' money, and overthrew the tables;

16 And said unto them that sold doves, Take these things hence; make not my Father’s house an house of merchandise.

17 And his disciples remembered that it was written, The zeal of thine house hath eaten me up.

18 Then answered the Jews and said unto him, What sign shewest thou unto us, seeing that thou doest these things?

19 Jesus answered and said unto them, Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up.

[JBP] Brother Branham, and in brother Branham’s life, it was shown what would happen at the end of time; regarding which there were visions and prophecies. He even spoke as if it were him, because it was the spirit of Elijah in him.

And he would say: [WMB] “Someday they are going to kill me,” he would say. And he said that in several places they had to shield him with their own bodies, those who were with him, to protect him; or they would send him letters, telegrams: [WMB] “Tomorrow we are going to kill you.”*

A sister even had a dream; of which, by God working in the present time there in brother Branham’s time…, which is a reflection. He says: [WMB] “I saw them,” page… or paragraph 1004 of the book of Quotations: [WMB] “I saw them, they prepared everything. When he is coming out…”* See? They put him; because the Second Coming of the Lord was reflected in him.

Now look, Jesus spoke there, prophesied, in verse 19, one of the first times He said it:

19 … Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up.

[JBP] And in that writing that he left in a Bible study, which said: [WSS] «No religious leader (prophesied) (said) that he would die and resurrect after three (3) days».*

[JBP] No leader, only Jesus.

Now, that is a clear identification of the messianic ministry that God —the Word— was operating there in Jesus; it was a clear identification of where the Leader was.

And at this end time, there is a second leader —although it is the same Holy Spirit but in another veil of flesh— who will say: “Destroy this temple, and in three and a half days I will raise it up.” It will be the second time, and is the second time, that this is repeated.

Now, He continues to say on verse 20:

John 2:20

20 Then said the Jews, Forty and six years was this temple in building, and wilt thou rear it up in three days?

[JBP] There he draws a Star of David on the left.

21 But he spake of the temple of his body.

22 When therefore he was risen from the dead, his disciples remembered that he had said this unto them; and they believed the scripture, and the word which Jesus had said.

[JBP] And he draws another Star of David there on the left.

23 Now when he was in Jerusalem at the passover, in the feast day, many believed in his name, when they saw the miracles which he did.

24 But Jesus did not commit himself unto them, because he knew all men,

[JBP] See? There were some kind of hypocrites there, who sneaked in.

24 … did not commit himself unto them, because he knew all men,

25 And needed not that any should testify of man: for he knew what was in man.

[JBP] And he draws another Star of David there on the left.

[Dr. Jose B. Perez] Now look, in the message “THE INDICTMENT,” preached by Reverend William Branham, on page 42 of this message. Reverend William Branham says:

[63-0707M - “The Indictment,” pp. 35-37, paras. 245-262]

245 You Presbyterians, you Methodists, and Baptists, and Lutherans, and this Full Gospel Business Men’s stuff, saying they’re “coming in,” turned away the Message. Your church will. There’ll be individuals in there, sure. But, not the church; you have to come out of the church, to get It. See? That’s right. Individuals is all right.

246 But when you think the Presbyterian church is going to receive the Holy Ghost, and all of them take their documents down, and, don’t you never think that. And you think you Methodists is going to do it? You’ll never do it. Do you think you Trinitarians will ever receive the Name of Jesus Christ and be baptized every one of you in the…You’ll never do it. You’ll never do it. But individuals will come out and do it ([JBP] see? Individuals; because God works with the gentiles as individuals), that’s right, and that’s the sign of His Coming. But them churches who has seen the Truth, and rejected It in their councils, “it’s impossible.”

247 Then, they’re guilty of the crucifixion of Jesus Christ.

[JBP] That’s why in the book of The Seals he said that [WMB] “they had been in meetings like this, they had heard all those things, they had faced what those prophets had foretold. They spurned God’s mercy for the last time,” see? In other words, they had heard what was coming to them; but they had mocked, they had made fun of the Word. Page 369; let’s confirm it: three hundred… 369 of the book of The Seals.*

Now, brother Branham continues to say here:

247 Then, they’re guilty of the crucifixion of Jesus Christ. And I indict them by the Word of God, that God has…“How do you indict them, Brother Branham?” I indict them, that God has clearly identified Himself in His Word, in the last days, and made Hisself to know that He is still the same yesterday, today, and forever, and they’ve coldly turned It down. And you’re guilty of the crucifixion of Jesus Christ, by blaspheming the Holy Ghost.

[JBP] There on the right, upwards, he writes in two sentences:

[WSS] «By blaspheming the Holy Spirit

they have crucified Christ again».

[247] That’s right.

248 We take you on to Hebrews 10, again, where it tells us again in the Scriptures, not only being “impossible,” but you can never. It separates you from God, Eternally. You can never come in the Presence of God again, when you turn down the Holy Ghost…

[JBP] And he draws an arrow towards the Cornerstone, and the ages. In other words, where is the Holy Spirit turned down at this Last Day? In the Age of the Cornerstone.

[248] You can never come in the Presence of God again, when you turn down the Holy Ghost and make fun of It.

[JBP] And he writes there: [WSS] «Make fun».

[JBP] Woe to those who make fun! Whoa! What is in store for them is something terrible.

But as we read yesterday, in yesterday’s Study (I am waiting for them to transcribe it; we have to reread it), there’s a part that says that [WMB] they are necessary.* Meaning that we have to let them do their job: the criticism, the mocking, the blaspheme, the scorning; all that is needed. But, woe to those by whom the Holy Spirit is mocked!

And he also writes there on the left: [WSS] «The blasphemy against the Holy Spirit».

[JBP] How many times did he say: [WSS] “If you don’t understand something, keep your mouth shut, be quiet”? But we have seen that those people are necessary for the Scriptures to be fulfilled.

He goes on to say:

249 Now, see, “have tasted of the Word.” See, borderline believers!

[JBP] In the ages they were receiving blessings too, and they were taking advantage; they were zigzagging among the weeds; but in the Age of the Cornerstone, upon turning on that Light —because here is a man that can turn on the Light!—, then cockroaches and crickets come out, and they are left exposed.*

And there he tells us that [WSS] “they would not grow side by side.” Let’s read that, a bit further on, in this same message, the one we are reading from “THE WORD OF GOD IN DUE TIME”: [WSS] “They would not grow side by side in the Age of Cornerstone.” They will not receive the blessings that the wheat is receiving now. And if they hear them: they have “lizard ears” [A Puerto Rican expression that refers to people who don’t listen –Ed.]: it goes in through one end and comes out the other, and they don’t understand a thing! Because the blessing of obtaining the Rapturing Faith is not for them, it is for the 153 fish. It is for you!

249 Now, see, “have tasted of the Word.” See, borderline believers! “Oh, you say them guys wasn’t believers?”

250 They was believers, or professed believers, but when it come to the Word…They were Israel. They come out under the blood. They come out under the signs of Moses. They had seen those signs working.

God said, “I’ll take you over yonder.”

251 And when it come right down to the principle of the promised Word that was to come, what’d they say? “Oh, we can’t do it.” See?

252 And here they come back, with grapes and everything, to prove the land was right. God’s Word is right. God said, “I give it to you.”

253 But the circumstances, “My,” said, “we look like grasshoppers ([JBP] and he writes): [WSS] «locusts», up aside of them. We can’t do it, no matter what.”

254 A few years ago when this old hull stood here as a tabernacle, somebody come in, and walked out there and talked to me, said, “Billy, you’re going to preach to four posts, one of these days, with Messages like that.”

[JBP] And there he draws a Star of David on the right.

It’s a great teaching. He says:

255 I said, “I’ll be preaching to four posts, ’cause God’s able of them posts to rise children unto Abraham.” ([JBP] Hehe) Yes, sir. It’s the Truth.

[JBP] Some… Don’t think that didn’t happen at this time. Some people said to me: “Look, if you keep talking like that, and speaking so strongly, against the women who wear pants and use make-up and all that, you’ll end up alone.” And I said: “Then, I’ll stay alone.”

I will continue preaching the Truth! And what He sends me to speak, that is what I will speak!

[WMB] “God’s able of them posts to raise children of Abraham them.”

But, blessed be God! That there were a people who were kept, God was watching over them, reserving them; so that, when the Holy Spirit casted that hook: that child of God would get it, it would get that hook, and be caught.

You have been caught. You have been caught and brought into the Fold.

There are so many things that can be said about fishing. Well, Miguel knows about fishing; he can speak about it. The beautiful sensation that one feels when a fish bites the hook; and one struggles with it, and fights, and you let the line go a bit, and pull it back, until you finally get it on the boat or the skiff. And then, no matter how much it jumps, all you do is*: you put your… it keeps flapping there: “You’re not going back into the water, hehe; that’s the last place you’re going/hehe. You’re mine now.”

*[Dr. JBP puts his open hand over the pulpit –Ed.]

And you are already the Lord’s. And no matter the situations, the circumstances around you, no one is going to pluck you out of that Boat; out of that Boat, which is the Ark, the Word. (Yes, yes.)

Now look, he continues saying:

[255] I said, “If you’ve got something that you can disprove It, let’s have it.” Just love to crow, but when it comes to a place to show it, that’s different. Yes, that’s what makes the difference. All right.

256 Yeah, with their creeds they crucify Him afresh. Now Hebrews the 6th chapter, and we go on down. And we could just read on down, on down in through here. We got plenty of time. I marked out a Scripture here where it will be, Hebrews the 6th chapter. Just, I guess, take it all. “Impossible for those who were once enlightened, made partakers of the Holy Ghost…” We haven’t got time to go too far, ’cause I got another Scripture I want you to read just in a moment. Notice this, “They crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh.” What’d they do? What? By having a taste, and knowing that It’s the Truth, and then turn around and denying It. What’d it do? “It’s impossible…”

[JBP] There he writes: [WSS] «They crucify the Son of God by denying Him».

[JBP] Look how in a present-day form, what Moses did back then for the second time, smiting the rock…

[WSS] «They crucify the Son of God by denying Him», he writes there.

257 So that’s what this nation has done. That’s what this people has done. That’s what these churches has done. They’ve turned It down, and they’ve crucified the Message ([JBP] and he writes): [WSS] «they crucify the Message» ([JBP] on the right). They’ve crucified the Truth, to the people. How’d they do Jesus? They put Him to shame, stripped His clothes off of Him, hung Him up on a cross and nailed Him up there, the Prince of Life. The same thing they’ve done today with their creeds! They’ve done the same thing. They stripped the things, they’ve stripped the—the goodness and the clothing of the Gospel, by trying to place It somewhere else, and hung Him on a cross. Oh, my! Why?

[JBP] There he writes: [WSS] «The clothing = the Gospel».

258 “There they—there they crucified,” now the last quotation, “Him,” ([JBP] meaning, H - i - m: “Him”) Him, this most precious Person. Why did they do it? They didn’t know Him. Why they doing it today? They don’t know this is the Truth. They’re—they’re dumb and blind of It. They don’t know It. That’s the reason. Their creeds and traditions has gotten them away from the Word of God.

259 Now to you here, just in closing now, pay close attention. See? I know it’s hot…

[JBP] It’s a bit hot here, but we are in the heat of the Holy Spirit, and the human heat of believers; that makes us feel good and refreshed.

Now, it’s a good time; it’s morning, right?

[259] I know it’s hot. I’m hot, too.

[JBP] And there’s sweat dripping off my back, but… that comes with it. There goes one, hehehe, but… that’s refreshing.

260 But, oh, brother, this Word is Life if you’ll hold to It ([JBP] hehe). Look, It’s not something we talk about, that may happen here and after; It’s something that’s already here with us and happening now. Not something will be; something that’s already. We’re not testifying, “We know what He has done; we know what He’s going to do,” but now we’re telling what He is doing ([JBP] and he writes there): [WSS] «what He is doing today». See? This is our hour.

261 We may not live to see the Rapture. I may die today; you may die today. I don’t know.

[JBP] Now that I read this, in the early hours of this morning our sister Delma in Puerto Rico departed with the Lord; a sister whom we love, and who was a faithful worker, and who loved the Lord and His Work; but she was already quite ill. And she was the one that in the hospital I told her: “Don’t worry, I will come for you,”* and she smiled; and from then on her daughters told me that she was happy, she was joyful, because she knew where she was going.

And just like that sister who brother Branham says that he saw very young over there, and he says to her: [WMB] “Who are you?” She says to him: “My beloved brother, if you had not gone there, I would not be here. I am that 90-year-old elderly woman.” And brother Branham looks at her, and says: [WMB] “But you’re so young!”* —“Yes, I am young now.”

*[The Seals, “The Fifth Seal,” pp. 367-368, paras. 395-398]

Our sister Delma is young there; and soon she will be with us: young. A testimony where we will see that age has no barrier: from a baby in the womb to an elderly woman, we will all be young, representing 18 to 21 years of age.

My mother-in-law is also quite ill as well, sister Minita, Sara’s mother; and we have put her in the Lord’s hands; and if she has to depart, well, she knows that she’ll return soon.

There is a number that has to be completed there. Because in a court, to carry out a judgment, everybody has to be present; if not, the judgment cannot be carried out. Just as Judgment begins at the House of God and everyone has to be present, likewise in the sixth dimension… They told brother Branham, when he said:*

— [WMB] “I want to see Jesus.”

He said: “He is still higher. But He will come to you and will judge you.”

— [WMB] “Oh wait, is that so?”

— “Yes.”

— [WMB] “And what about Paul?”

— “He will also be judged with his group.”

— [WMB] “Well, I preached the same thing Paul did. If he goes in, I will go in and my group as well.”

And they all said: “We’re resting on that.”

— [WMB] “I preached the same thing Paul did.”

Now see, that Judgment will take place there, in the sixth dimension.

Now, he continues to say here “THE INDICTMENT,” he says [P. 37]:

[261] I may die today; you may die today. I don’t know. But the Rapture is coming. That’s—that’s, when that comes, we’ll be there, don’t worry; uh-huh, so will all the rest of them back through the ages, that’s believed it and looked for it. They walked in the Light of their day.

262 And here is the Light, Jesus Christ the same yesterday, today, and forever. Forsake your creeds and believe this Word. This is the Truth. The Word is Truth. Jesus said, “My Word are Spirit, My Word is Life.” How you going to receive Life when you reject Life? How you going to take in a dogma, which is death, and a Word of Life?

[JBP] And how they are doing it today in this time: and reject the Word, the Life, for a creed, for a dogma, for a private interpretation of a leader who rose up with an idea!

[262] Turn out the Word of Life, to take death, how you going to accept the two at the same time? You can’t do it. “Let every man’s word be a lie, every dogma a lie.” God’s Word is the Truth.

[JBP] Now, it’s not a matter of coming… (as what we read recently), the person who arrived with a lot of tickets to see if he got one right.* A Methodist one, a Baptist one, a Presbyterian one, to…: “Well, just in case I get one right.” No, that’s not how it works. “I’ll stay there just in case, but I’m also over here in this other one.” That’s a hypocrite.

And you should be sincere with God: you’re either a believer or you’re not; and it’s better to be sincere.

[Dr. Jose B. Perez] Now, look, what we read there was in the Gospel according to John, chapter 2. But notice now, after He was adopted (which is relevant to this end time), in the Gospel according to Matthew, in chapter 21, there it tells us…, verse 13 - verse 12 and on:

Matthew 21:12

12 And Jesus went into the temple of God…

[JBP] Notice the subject titles there, at the top, those of you who have the Bible that says the Scriptures and the…, there he writes “Jesus…” - that is, it says there: “Jesus Cleanses the Temple for the Second Time.” See? That was the second time He did it:

12 And Jesus went into the temple of God, and cast out all them that sold and bought in the temple, and overthrew the tables of the moneychangers, and the seats of them that sold doves,

13 And said unto them, It is written, My house shall be called the house of prayer; but ye have made it a den of thieves.

[Dr. Jose B. Perez] Saint Mark also tells us a bit about… about more light, or about a few things there. Mark 11, 11:15:

Mark 11:15

15 And they come to Jerusalem: and Jesus went into the temple, and began to cast out them that sold and bought in the temple, and overthrew the tables of the moneychangers, and the seats of them that sold doves;

16 And would not suffer that any man should carry any vessel through the temple.

[JBP] The reverence a person should have in the place of worship.

When the service is over: leave reverently, and leave an environment for the next occasion, so that the next service is not ruined. And not speaking or greeting each other, but rather going outside; and greeting each other outside; and… That is in the book The Seals, our brother Branham talks about it in the message “GOD IN SIMPLICITY,” a few things there.

17 And he taught, saying unto them, Is it not written, My house shall be called of all nations the house of prayer? but ye have made it a den of thieves.

18 And the scribes and chief priests heard it, and sought how they might destroy him…

[JBP] Murderers! Because they are children of the ancient serpent, who is the devil, Satan; children of Cain.

That is the serpent’s trail; which at this time it is already becoming apparent and visible, and those children are being identified: children of disobedience; of which brother Branham said: [WMB] “Someone close to me will betray me,”* he says. He says: [WMB] “I will speak, and will say, I will expose,” and all those things. But look, God didn’t allow him to. He says he was going to preach “the serpent’s trail,” “through the trail of the serpent.”

*[Sarah Branham’s letter: “My father had a notebook on his sermon ‘The serpent’s trail.’ My mother let me read where he had written: ‘I will be betrayed by someone very close to me.’”]

18 … and sought how they might destroy him: for they feared him…

[JBP] A bunch of cowards! The devil is a coward, and he tries to solve everything with murder.

That is why when a person has suicidal thoughts: pray to God; that spirit is not of God. Ask God to help you and remove that spirit from your mind. I know it’s a difficult struggle, that many have desired that; but that’s not the solution. That solution is - the only one who seeks it is the devil, and all it does is make the situation worse.

18 And the scribes and chief priests heard it, and sought how they might destroy him: for they feared him, because all the people was astonished at his doctrine.

[JBP] In Luke 19 as well, let’s see there. Luke 19, verse 45, it also tells us:

Luke 19:45

45 And he went into the temple, and began to cast out them that sold therein, and them that bought;

46 Saying unto them, It is written, My house is the house of prayer: but ye have made it a den of thieves.

47 And he taught daily in the temple. But the chief priests and the scribes and the chief of the people sought to destroy him,

[JBP] And he draws a Star of David there on the right.

48 And could not find what they might do: for all the people were very attentive to hear him.

[JBP] And he draws another Star of David there on the right.

[Dr. Jose B. Perez] Now, look at what our brother William continues to say here in this message of “THE WORD OF GOD IN DUE TIME”; he says:

[WSS] That is also…

[JBP] He’s speaking about… that that is what He did, something important: cleansing the temple.

[WSS] … the temple of God was cleansed, the merchants were taken out of the temple of God.

That is also what He does in His Second Coming: the temple of God, which is His Church, which was contaminated in the ages of the Church; the temple, which was contaminated by merchants, which was contaminated and being an object of commerce; it is cleansed in the Second Coming of the Lord, when He comes as King of kings and Lord of lords, and His saints crown Him.

[JBP] Notice what revelation our brother William gave there!: When that would be happening. One: when He comes as Lion, as King of kings and Lord of lords; no longer as a Lamb. And also: when the saints crown Him, when they receive Him as their King, they crown Him. They crown what? They crown the Holy Spirit.

[Dr. Jose B. Perez] In the message “GOD’S POWER TO TRANSFORM,” look, on page 35, Reverend William Branham tells us:

[65-0911 - “God’s Power To Transform,” pp. 25-26, paras. 177-182] [Bible Study #416, 31-2/May/2024 (Friday), pp. 11-14]

177 The Holy Spirit is to lead us; not a seminary, not bishops and overseers, and so forth. The Holy Ghost is our Leader.

[JBP] And he writes above that: [WSS] «Always working through a messenger».

And he draws a Cornerstone and the ages.

And above he writes: [WSS] «The Holy Spirit is our Leader», at the top, in the margin.

[JBP] Now, he continues to say:

[177] The Holy Ghost is our Leader.

178 Cain was such a person as that. He was very religious in deed. Now, if religion is all that you have to have, then God was unjust by condemning Cain. Because, he was religious, he was just as religious and sincere as Abel was. Now remember, he thought of God, he worshipped God, he had a church, he built an altar, he made a sacrifice, he prayed, he worshipped, but he was rejected. No matter how…Esau was, also. See?

179 Religion, see, that is Satan’s business; not to kill the whole thing, but just contaminate it.

[JBP] In other words, just a little bit, adding just a little bit: 99% is the truth.

[179] … not to kill the whole thing, but just contaminate it. That’s all. He ain’t going to kill the whole thing. Oh, not communists; no, no, the antichrist is not communism. The Bible said, “It would deceive the Elected if it was possible.” Don’t notice the iron curtain, but the purple one. Uh-huh.

[JBP] And he writes: [WSS] «Communism — iron curtain.

Roman Catholic Church — purple curtain».

180 But, notice, Cain come to worship, but he had the wrong seed in him, serpent’s seed.

[JBP] And there he writes: [WSS] «Animal spirit of the devil».

He had the wrong seed: [WSS] «Animal spirit of the devil».

And on the right he also writes, in the margin: [WSS] «Cain: serpent’s seed».

[JBP] It is the seed of Cain that persecutes the sons and daughters of God; it is always persecuting, speaking ill of the sons and daughters of God.

Just like it was no surprise for me to hear people that didn’t know how to tell me how in those times they used to speak against that ministry under the Tent, even about my family and talking about all that. And then remembering when he would tell me: [WSS] “Be careful with So-and-so, of him,” or [WSS] “with So-and-so, of her,” but he wouldn’t tell me; and it was that they were people who were against the ministry. He even wrote it there: [WSS] «people against the Great Tent Cathedral from even being built»; and the names are there.*

*Chat “The Manna that contains the Rapturing Faith,” 12-1-/Jan/2025 (Sunday), pp. 18-21: [WSS] «Be in one accord in soul, in soul and spirit and body. I know that there are people against the Great Tent Cathedral. I confirm that that is so». [WSS] «And other people from other countries (and he writes names there too) are against, they are in in favor with the construction project of the Great Tent Cathedral that has the construction of a Great Tent Cathedral in Cayey, Puerto Rico».

[WSS] «I know that the Great Tent Cathedral project in Cayey, Puerto Rico, is a project of work of faith, and will be of great benefit to Puerto Rico and all of Latin America and the Caribbean; and all of Christianity and the entire human family in the midst of Christianity. It was seen that a Great Tent Cathedral will be erected in a Vision to the Reverend William Marrion Branham, and that is THUS SAITH the LORD SAYS THE LORD».

But notice, God vindicated him in the end; it was known who was who. Because by the light and in the light, and on the road, everything is seen there.

Look for a snake among the weeds, and it looks very… uh… cocky, in there; but throw it out on a road, there it gets all… a real mess (there… it has a name like that, kind of… uh… let’s say…; I don’t know how they say it here, it is something dumb…, yes, it is not dangerous), defenseless; well, it is left exposed.

This is how many have been left on the narrow road: exposed. What they have been doing in secret, now it is all out in the open, and rightly so! But notice, they were necessary and [WMB] are necessary, brother Branham says.

Now he says:

180 But, notice, Cain come to worship, but he had the wrong seed in him, serpent’s seed. The hiss of the serpent had hissed over him, for he was the seed of the woman. He knew the perfect will of God, but he refused to do it ([JBP] he knew, see). Did you know that? Satan knows the will of God, but just refuses to do it.

181 Notice, he had seen God vindicate Abel’s message. Now I want you to think, use your thinking man’s Filter now for a minute. Abel’s correct message, that God vindicated to be the Truth! Are you drawing now? Uh-huh. Abel’s message had been received, and Cain saw it and knowed that God had vindicated ([JBP] and he writes): [WSS] «confirmed» that message right. But he just couldn’t do it. His pride ([JBP] and he writes there): [WSS] «pride» ([JBP] did you see?) kept him from it. That’s right, his pride kept him from doing it. He seen God vindicate the message.

[JBP] People’s pride will cost them losing the blessing of being transformed and raptured; and it will cost them, and they will have to enter the great tribulation, because of their pride.

182 So it seems to be now, so hard for people to humble themselves to the Word of God. They—they—they just don’t want to do it. They’ll humble themselves to the creed of the church ([JBP] heh! They don’t do it to the Word, but to the creed), sure, but not to the Word of God ([JBP] see?).

[JBP] And he writes: [WSS] «Creed» there.

And he writes: [WSS] «The Word of God» as well.

[Dr. Jose B. Perez] Now, he continues to say here in the message “THE WORD OF GOD IN DUE TIME,” he says:

[WSS] Then the zeal of the Lord’s House blinded Him there; and the same in His Second Coming; because He comes to cleanse His temple…

[JBP] And we put our pride aside, and say: “Lord, cleanse me! Cleanse this house, cleanse this temple, which is Yours! This is not mine, this is Yours! Cleanse me completely, Lord! I open all my doors, all the hidden places; all places are open to You! Cleanse me, Lord, in Your Second Coming, as King of kings and Lord of lords! Cleanse me, Lord!”

[WSS] … He comes to cleanse His temple, He comes to set things right ([JBP] heh!), He comes to make the separation ([JBP] see? What we read); because it is written that the Son of Man, in His Coming, will come according to the order of His Coming: with Moses and Elijah.

And He will send His Angels: that ministry of Moses and Elijah. And with that ministry He will gather together His elect; with that ministry He makes the separation of the wheat and the tares.

[Dr. Jose B. Perez] In this message “WHY IT HAD TO BE SHEPHERD,” from which we read in a little portion of the book of Quotations; here on page 32, look, he tells us in the message:

[64-1221 - “Why It Had To Be Shepherd,” pp. 25-27, paras. 148-162] [Bible Study #239, 18/Sep/2022 (Sunday), pp. 59-63]

148 Now, to all that…all as we know Israel, did not receive the prophet-shepherd’s Word, all of Israel didn’t receive It. Now, notice, they was complaining. “Oh,” when he was performing the miracles, “he was a great fellow,” but when it come to his Message, “that was different.” All great signs follows a new message coming. We know that. In the wilderness they complained, in the wilderness, and died by the thousands. Frankly, there wasn’t only two of them that ever went through that was saved out of a two and a half million, two out of two and a half million.

149 You say, “That…What happened to them?” They’re Eternally gone.

150 “All of them, Brother Branham?” Jesus said so.

151 They said, “Our fathers eat Manna in the wilderness, and they drank from the Rock.”

152 And He…Jesus said, “And they are, every one, dead,” Eternally separated, see, every one.

153 Notice they complained about God’s provided way, was the reason they died.

[Dr. Jose B. Perez] Now look, on page 140 of the book of Quotations, there he tells us, on paragraph 1254:

[64-1227 - “Who Do You Say This Is?” p. 13, para. 71] [Bible Study #343, 17-2/Sep/2023 (Sunday), pp. 34-35 / Bible Study #388, 23/Feb/2024 (Friday), pp. 13-14]

1254 - “[71] But God, in every age, has had His Messiah. See? To reject Noah’s Message, was to rejecting God. To reject Noah, was to perish. To reject Moses, was to perish. They were the Anointed Messiahs for that age, the Word that was promised for that age.”

[JBP] And there on paragraph 1254, above, there at the beginning he writes above: [WSS] «A Messiah, an Anointed One, in each age».

He draws a Cornerstone and the ages on the right.

And at the bottom, there on the left in 1254, below that, he writes: [WSS] «To reject the Anointed One is death in every age».

[JBP] And above that, here on the right, in the continuation of the paragraph, at the top in the margin, on the right at the top, he writes:

[WSS] «They were the Word promised for their age, made flesh, made a reality».

[WSS] «Moses = Messiah».

[Dr. Jose B. Perez] Now, brother Branham continues to say here [“WHY IT HAD TO BE SHEPHERD”] [P. 26]:

153 Notice they complained about God’s provided way, was the reason they died. (Now, closely, don’t miss these last few remarks.) They complained! What made them die in the wilderness, they complained about God’s provided way: by a one-man Message, a prophet, a leadership of one man.

[JBP] They complained about that.

Look, he writes there, on the left upwards: [WSS] «They complained about God’s provided way, and they were eternally separated from God».

[153] Tell me when God ever used a group to lead. You won’t find it in the Bible. One man, they…The Word came to Moses!

154 Korah; we all know that he—he got hisself together and complained about God not being just, to do a thing like that, to make one man with the Message. He said, “We’re all holy. Why can’t we have a denomination? And why can’t we have…set up this, and do this, and do that?”

155 God told Moses, “Separate yourself from him, I’ve had enough of it ([JBP] and there on the left he writes): [WSS] «a man with a Message».” And remember, Jude speaks the same thing, in the last days. That’s right, “They perished in the gainsaying of Korah.” We also know what happened to Korah and the—and the rest that questioned God’s Word and God’s wisdom of that one-man leadership: every one of them perished.

[JBP] And he writes there: [WSS] «They perished».

156 Now, we will notice God in the shepherd-prophet, showing His future plans in the next sign voice. Now, watch. We see it there, now let’s watch it in the next sign.

[JBP] There he writes, on the right towards the top:

[WSS] «God’s Leadership in a man: the Shepherd-Prophet».

157 Now, notice, he was sent to his brethren in slavery, under bondage, with a Message of deliverance ([JBP] he writes): [WSS] «jubilee», with a God-given sign to prove His claims. Israel went for his Message, they believed It, every one of them, but in the evening time…They went for his miracles, but in the evening time when they…he gave his Message, “It was different.” All that did not believe that Message, died ([JBP] and there he writes): [WSS] «the Message of the coming judgment / The sign». That’s right. What was the Message? The Message was of the coming judgment. At the evening, at the evening time, God went out through the camp of Israel to find if the people had believed His shepherd-prophet’s Message; and all had not believed It, perished.

[JBP] And he writes: [WSS] «They perished».

158 Now notice, we’re going to bring it over to the Great Shepherd just in a few moments. See? Notice the Great Shepherd-Prophet’s ministry. Of His miracles, every church opened and would receive Him. They wanted their sick healed. They wanted to do great things. His popularity was great. But when the evening time came, one day after He had turned water to wine ([JBP] he is referring to Jesus), and had fed thousands, bread, and had performed miracles, He begin to set down and talk to them.

[JBP] That’s where the roadblock comes.

[158] … He begin to set down and talk to them. And He said to them, “I and My Father are one. Why sayest thou, ‘Show us the Father’?”

[JBP] There he writes: [WSS] «He is God».

159 “Oh, brother! This man making himself equal with God?” That was too much for their ecclesiastical thinking. But it was the Truth, He was! See? But when they did, many did not follow Him.

[JBP] There they began to stumble.

160 Then He turned around and said, “Except you eat the Flesh of the Son of man, and drink His Blood, you have no Life in you.”

161 Now, what do you think a smart, intellectual person would thought? I imagine the priests that had had Him in the temple was very—was very ashamed of—of them having Him there. “To think that a man would stand up and say a thing like that, ‘Except you people eat My Flesh, and drink My Blood.’” Said, “This is a human vampire, see, ‘Eat My Flesh and drink…’ Why, he’s a cannibal. You good thinking people will…you’ll get away from such a lunatic as that.”

162 He never explained It, He just said It! He did it to stumble them, to separate His sheep from goats.

[Dr. Jose B. Perez] There is a place in the book of Quotations where he says that [WMB] He did it on purpose. On… Quotations ten ninety-something, around there. 1094. He says: [WMB] “You mean to tell me that He did that on purpose?” 1094 from page 122:

1094 - “[22] … I trust that God will reveal this. And each time, if you who take the tapes and listen, and I hope and trust that you have had a spiritual understanding of what that God has been trying to get over to the Church without saying it right out. See? It’s a thing, sometime, we have to say things in such a way that it might thin down [the group], it might bring some to go out, some to leave, and some to ponder over.”

[JBP] There are some who said: “After he said that, no, I turned off the broadcast there; I got out there.” How that is fulfilled again.

1094 - “[22] But that’s done purposely ([JBP] he also says it here). It must be done that way.

23 Then it might be that some would say, ‘You mean God would purposely do a thing like that?’ He certainly did. He does yet.

24 He said one day, when He had thousands around Him, ‘Except you eat of the Flesh of the Son of God, or Son of man, and drink His Blood, you have no Life in you.’

25 What kind of a statement do you think that a medical doctor or a nurse, or any fine intellectual person would think of a statement like that, for a Man that had a ministry like He had? Why, he would say, ‘Eat the flesh? That’s cannibal! To drink human blood? It’s a vampire! In other words, He wants us to be cannibals and vampires.’ And the whole audience walked away from Him.

26 And there was a ministerial association with Him, of seventy, that had been chosen. And He turned to them, and He said, ‘What will you think when you see the Son of man ascending up from where He came from?’ Now, He didn’t explain that. He never explained how; Paul did that later on ([JBP] and there he writes): [WSS] «Jesus didn’t explain it, Paul explained it later on». He just said It. See? And then when this, He said, ‘What will you say,’ to these ministers, ‘when you see the Son of man ascending up from where He come from?’

27 No doubt them men said, ‘Now, just a moment. Oh, we eat with Him. We fish with Him. We sleep with Him. We know where He was born. We seen the cradle that He was rocked in. And how does this Man… This is a hard saying [Word].’

28 And the Bible said, ‘They didn’t walk with Him anymore.’ They left Him.

29 Then He had twelve left.”

[JBP] Oh, Lord, today I am one of those twelve!

Now, not counting that one; because later on, theone who was to be there, was added, he was replaced.

But notice, one was by their choice… Who was it? Mark… Who was the one who was the…? Look for the name. Matthias? Matthias, Matthias [Acts 12:12-26]. Brother Branham says in one place that [WMB] one was chosen by men, but the other one was chosen by God.*

*63-1103 - “Go, Wake Jesus,” p. 12, para. 79: [WMB] 79 It’d be about the same choice the disciples made on who would take Judas’ place. See? It fell upon Matthias. They chose Matthias, by lots, but God chose Paul. See? It was different.

65-1127B - “Trying To Do God A Service Without It Being God's Will,” p. 22, para. 151: [WMB] 151 151 Man has the keys, but God holds the keys actually. They give the disciples, the holy church, the keys; and watch the first time they used it, when Judas had fell by transgression. They got together and cast lots; and the holy brethren. Who would say they wasn’t holy brethren? Who say they wasn’t holy? But they cast lots, and it fell on Matthias. And when he…What did he ever do? Nothing. But Paul was the elected one! Amen. That was God’s choosing: a little, hook-nosed, sarcastic, high-tempered Jew. Not the Matthias, the D.D., you know, he—he was…It’s Paul. God chose Paul; the church choose, chose Matthias. See? You have no right to tell God He’s “wrong.” He knows what to do, He knows what the man’s made out of.

Now, we have to look for that. I have that written down in a place for… a study we could have, about what human election is and what divine election is.

Now look, he continues to say:

1094 - “[29] He had chose twelve, and one of them was a devil, He said. So He turned to them. And there’s no one could explain what He had just said. ‘How are they going to eat His Flesh and drink His Blood? And how did He come down, when He was born right here on earth?’ See? They couldn’t understand It. And then He turned to the apostles, and He said, ‘Do you want to go also?’

30 And that’s when Apostle Peter made that great statement, ‘Lord, to whom would we go?’ See? ‘For we are satisfied. We know a surely that You, and You alone, have the Word of Life of this hour.’ ([JBP] and he writes): [WSS] «yesterday and today» ([JBP] above that) See? ‘And we are satisfied of that.’ See, they could not explain It. They… You can’t explain faith ([JBP] that is difficult. You can’t explain faith). It’s something that you believe, and it’s so solid that there is nothing else will take its place.”

[JBP] That is why when the Holy Spirit enters the soul of every elect, and you are left sealed inside there, nothing will be able to take that place in your heart! Nothing else! You have been sealed with the Holy Spirit!

1094 - “[30] Therefore, they knowed that the Word that was written for that age that they were living in, the Messianic age, that He fit that place exactly. And what could they do to go back in them cold, formal churches that they had come out of?”

[JBP] Go back again to the Dispensation of Grace to baptize again? No, not back there; the Spirit of God is not back there. Back there is death. Back there is [WMB] Satan’s throne, in Laodicea, brother Branham says.*

1094 - “[30] … go back in them cold, formal churches that they had come out of? Said, ‘Where would we go to?’ See? ‘We are fully persuaded that You have the Word of Life.’ See? And they couldn’t explain It, but they believed It. See?

31 And Jesus said that to weed down His crowd ([JBP] that is the miraculous catch), see, till He could get the group together. And out of all those people, they, only eleven of them then understood actually Who He was.”

WSS] «He fulfilled the written Word for the Messianic Age», he writes there on the left upwards.

And he also writes on the left: [WSS] «A prophet – veil of flesh».

1094 - “[31] They knowed that He was God, and God alone.

32 My subject this morning is to reveal, or, unveil that God.

33 God has always, in every age, has hid behind a veil, all ages, but He’s been God all the time. See? But He’s kept Hisself hid from the world, and reveals Hisself to His Elected, like the apostles at that day.”

[JBP] And he writes: [WSS] «God has always hid behind a veil».

He had also written on the right upwards: [WSS] «To weed down the crowd».

[Dr. Jose B. Perez] Now look here, in the message “WHY IT HAD TO BE SHEPHERD,” he goes on to say here [P. 27]:

162 He never explained It, He just said It! He did it to stumble them, to separate His sheep from goats. He did it to throw them off. And then nobody wanted to cooperate with Him. They had no cooperation from then on. See?

[JBP] And he writes there: [WSS] «To separate the sheep from the goats, he said…».

[Dr. Jose B. Perez] Now, brother William continues to say here, Dr. William Soto; I am in the message “THE WORD OF GOD IN DUE TIME”; he continues here:

[WSS] And so, in the Temple of God, in the Church of the living God, the wheat and the tares will no longer be together, because there will be a separation; and that separation could not be carried out in any of the seven ages of the Church, because in every age of the Church there were wheat and tares.

[JBP] But in the Age of the Cornerstone: Nuh-uh! Not here. Here they are separated. Here the tares will not receive the blessings that the wheat is receiving. We have been faithful over a few things, God will make us rulers over many things.

[WSS] But when the new dispensation comes, and the messenger of the new dispensation appears, according to the order of His Coming, the Mighty Angel roaring as a lion and seven thunders uttering their voices; then the new dispensation begins, the Perfect Age begins, where the elect are taken, where the wheat is gathered, where the tares cannot be taken to grow along with the wheat. It is the place where the wheat will be enjoying the blessings of God.

[JBP] Look! But we’ve been talking about that. I’ll read it again, he says:

[WSS] … the Perfect Age begins, where the elect are taken, where the wheat is gathered, where the tares cannot be taken to grow together with the wheat. It is the place where the wheat will be enjoying the blessings of God.

[Dr. Jose B. Perez] Look, in this message “THE EVENING MESSENGER,” on page 32, Reverend William Branham tells us:

[63-0116 - “The Evening Messenger,” pp. 26-27, paras. 190-195] [Study “The Harvest and the Resurrection,” 16/Mar/2024 (Saturday), pp. 40-42]

190 Oh, it’s been always, each time, a group of leaders that gets the people all mixed up. It’s not so much the people; it’s the leaders that get them mixed up. Now let’s…

[JBP] And there he writes: [WSS] «The leaders always get the people all mixed up».

[190] You say, “Oh, Brother Branham!”

191 Well, now, just a minute now, we got to make this Scriptural. If it isn’t Scripture, then it is no good. By their words of wisdom, in their uninspired leadership, words of worldly wisdom, they…Why, there’s some of those genius can set that together, but you think that Satan isn’t a genius at it, too? Did not he, well, approach Jesus Christ and give Him a reason, and even quoted the Scripture to Him? He did it! He’s a genius at it. But Jesus never argued with him, He said, “It is written, also! Get thee behind Me, Satan.” Yes, uninspired leadership.

[JBP] And there he writes: [WSS] «Leadership».

192 Look at Korah, in the days when God sent Moses with the message, and Korah and Dathan thought, come up to Moses, and said, “Now, just a minute, you take too much on yourself! You think you’re the only pebble on the beach ([JBP] here we would say “the last Coke in the desert,” [“you think you’re all that” –Ed.] hehehe; “you think you’re…”; now… well); the duck in the puddle, you’re the only one. I’ll let you know there’s other people are holy, too!” Moses didn’t say they wasn’t holy. But he had a commission, he had to carry it out ([JBP] he had to be - to carry out that commission; it didn’t matter what they thought about him). And they organized a group and was coming against Moses.

[JBP] And he writes: [WSS] «Dathan and Korah».

[JBP] The same thing Judas Iscariot did: he went to organize a group. Notice, 11 remained, the majority remained. One left, who he didn’t believe, but [WMB] he began to poison (brother Branham says in one place) those 70 that had left.* He persuaded them, he whispered to them… that hissing of the serpent; and he gathered that battalion to go against Jesus and His disciples. Because he is a coward! Why didn’t he face them alone there?

Now, that is the squeeze that will come against… Look, among so many people that there are in the world…, the elect are so few, compared to the amount of people in the world.

Now, woe to those who will go poison! And to keep that group moving; they are going to move with something, to attack the elected group.

193 And God told him, “Go stand yonder in the door.” Those men had the censer in their hand ([JBP] now, notice this, they had censers in their hands: they had fire). And you know what that censer was…done? God opened up the earth and swallowed them up. And they had fire from the altar, in it. With the fire in the censer, as fundamental as it was, they failed to recognize the message.

194 God said, “I send you, Moses, down there to do this. You bring them over here.”

[JBP] He writes at the bottom: [WSS] «I send you, Moses, to do this».

[JBP] It is always a man.

195 See, they failed to recognize it. Moses was “too straight” with them. Like Elijah was, to the School of the Prophets, “too straight,” stayed with the Word.

[JBP] There he also writes, on the left: [WSS] «They failed».

[Dr. Jose B. Perez] Now look, here in the message “THE END-TIME EVAGELISM” as well, on page 34, there he says:

[62-0603 - “The End-Time Evangelism,” p. 26, para. 143] [Bible Study #214, 24/June/2022 (Friday), p. 11]

143 And it’s always, friends, the leaders, each time through the change of these dispensations, has got the people all messed up. It hasn’t been so much the people, if the Gospel would have stayed in the pulpit where It belonged!

[JBP] And at the top he writes there: [WSS] «The leaders confused the people».

And also, here on the front of this message, he writes: [WSS] «The leaders are the ones who confuse things».

[Dr. Jose B. Perez] Now, our brother William continues to say here [“THE WORD OF GOD IN DUE TIME”]:

[WSS] And when the tares want to go to the place where the wheat has been gathered, into that new dispensation, the Angels of the Lord will be there with that ministry to throw the tares out, to prevent the tares from growing together with the wheat.

It is the Message of the third dispensation, the Message of the Thunders, that prevents the wheat and the tares from growing together; because it is Harvest time. And at Harvest time, the wheat is gathered and placed in the new dispensation, in the Eternal Age, in the Age of Cornerstone.

[JBP] What prevents the wheat and the tares from growing together? The Thunders; and it was said that the Thunders would be uttering their voices in a Great Tent Cathedral, in the fulfillment of the Third Pull.

We have seen: “THE DIRECTION OF GOD’S SPIRIT UNDER THE LEADERSHIP OF THE HOLY SPIRIT.”

Perhaps we haven’t even had an eighth, or even a thousandth part, of what this whole subject entails; but we have had enough to understand that we have been caught, and that we have been gathered, and that we are receiving the blessings contained in the Dispensation of the Kingdom, because we are placed in the eternal age: the Age of Cornerstone.

“THE DIRECTION OF GOD’S SPIRIT UNDER THE LEADERSHIP OF THE HOLY SPIRIT.”

Oh, how I have rejoiced this morning with you here! Enjoying these few moments of fellowship around the Word of God for this end time and His Program. Which Program? The one relevant to our time, which is the Age of the Cornerstone.

Pray a lot for tomorrow’s activity, so that the Lord speaks to us, just as He has spoken to us today, directly there, to our soul, to our heart; and may He continue to cleanse us, continue to help us, continue correcting us; because we long to soon be like Him: be to in His image and likeness.

Let’s stand, and let’s leave Reverend William Perez, there in Puerto Rico, so that he can continue and conclude our part on this occasion with a praise, a song; and that way… I don’t know if brother Miguel will have something here later, we will be seeing that later; but there, for Puerto Rico, well, Reverend William Perez can come up on this occasion.

That when Your child, Lord, cries out to You…, because we are Your children! That when Your child cries out, from the youngest to the oldest, to the elderly; that when they cry out to You, Lord, and speak the Word: You, Lord, vindicate It, and work, and fulfill what they ask, Lord!

It is not difficult to ask for it, because it is a promise.

[JBP] Amen. What a beautiful choir! It has reached the presence of God.

May God bless him and keep him healthy and strong until the transformation; it is our heart’s desire, Miguel. Look, he looks young!

Well, Miguel, if the camera… But it’s because I look here and I look there, and it’s the same thing; so we can’t say that cameras work miracles. He is a living miracle! Live and in full color.
